Volunteer & Outreach Manager
Chloe joined DMARC in April 2025 as the Volunteer and Outreach Manager, where she will focus on connecting individuals and groups to opportunities that assist us in fighting food insecurity in our community. Chloe was born and raised in Iowa, growing up in Sioux City and moving to Ames in 2018 to attend Iowa State University. She landed in Des Moines in 2022 to support Living History Farms with their community events and fundraising. After finding her passion with connecting with people and community causes, she found herself at the Animal Rescue League of Iowa in 2023 to support their volunteer operations across all locations in the metro. In her free time, you can find her enjoying live music (bonus points if they are outdoors!), supporting community sustainability efforts, sewing and upcycling clothes, and spending time with her 2 cats and 2 dogs.
