Patrick Minor
Community and Interfaith Coordinator
Minor was promoted in his role as the Community and Interfaith Coordinator after 10 years of mission-driven work with DMARC. In this role, Patrick works with the diverse faith communities of the greater Des Moines area to support the mission of DMARC, while also creating resources and opportunities to support faith communities in their work. Patrick also works closely with other community organizations to better tell the story of food insecurity in our community and help foster collaboration and problem-solving with leaders in the metro. Patrick partners with The Comparison Project at Drake University in their efforts for interfaith awareness, dialogue, and scholarship.
Minor joined the DMARC team in 2016 and has helped launch the DMARC-Ket Southside Food Pantry, Mobile food pantry, and delivery service while working in a direct service role at DMARC food pantries.
